Since 1969, K & E Distributing has been a leader in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems across the Midwest. We’re growing fast and looking for an additional strong technical partner to join our team.

What you’ll do:
• Provide expert technical support (phone, email & video) on installation, troubleshooting & diagnostics
• Support dealers and contractors with heat pumps, furnaces, ductless systems & controls
• Conduct occasional on-site job visits
• Deliver technical training at our learning center and in the field
• Partner with our sales team on system selection and application
• Act as the technical bridge between customers, K & E, and manufacturers

What we’re looking for:
• 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation, service, or technical support experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts
• Solid knowledge of residential & light commercial systems (EPA certification preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
• Bonus points for NATE certification or prior distributor technical experience
