The warm weather has us grabbing these white wines from Germany off the shelf!

First up is our new wine pour for the bar, Peter Lauer’s ‘No. 25 Ayler Riesling’. This is a great Riesling from the Mosel with citrus, good minerality and an elegant floral finish.

Also new to the shelf are two new vintages from Peter Leipold! We always look forward to the return of ‘Muschelkalk’. This vintage is just stunning and is a great example of Silvaner grown in Franken.

The 1 Liter bottle of Silvaner Kabinett is a must bring to cookouts and waterside hangs- bright, crisp, and enough to feed a small crowd🥳

It is a beautiful example of the land- bright citrus, silky sweet caramel and a balanced finish.
