If you missed yesterday's posts, our Hallow-Evee-Ween Contest 2026 Part 1(Submissions Period 9-2-2026 through 9-30-2026) is currently open and we've partnered with The Rusty Gypsy Farm & Home for a special dedicated time slot in their studio during the Evee's Haunted Crafting College: A Hallow-Evee-Ween Exclusive Opportunity to help get as many submissions is as possible!

Happy Friday Spinsters! Drew Calahan is set and ready for the Desloge Labor Day Picnic !!

T-shirts available again, discounted for this weekend long event!

Packs available at the event are buy 5, get a 6th one free! Options for non-sport, sports, wrestling, anime & more!

We are also going to raffle off a Destined Rivals ETB. Low cost of $1 per tic-ket or 6 for $5! Chances may ONLY be purchased at our booth at the Labor Day Picnic. They WILL NOT be available at the shop. There are still some available for purchase there, but to win this one you have to visit us in Desloge. Regardless of how many sell, a winner will be drawn Sunday @ 4pm. Winner will be notified, but pick up will need to be The Pack Rack inside The Factory in Farmington

Just an early heads up Spinsters, Drew Calahan will be setting up at the Desloge Labor Day Picnic for The Pack Rack. Some items not presently available in shop will be available only there! Some items deeply discounted for this event!

It's September and that means it's baaaccckkk! Poke fans of all ages are welcome to participate in The Pack Rack annual Hallow-Evee-Ween Contest 2026 Part 1(Submissions Period 9-2-2026 through 9-30-2026)!

Simply draw, and name a brand new evolution of Evee and submit the finished product (physical or digital) to the shop in person or through messenger.

Submissions are accepted through the end of September. Age groups are:

6-12,
13-17
18+

Parents please make sure that the name and age of your child is included with the submission. A phone number need also be provided to us.

We may reach out to a certain crafty business neighbor of ours to see if they would want to co-host and co-sponsor an event in their space towards getting submissions for this. They know whom they are...😉

Once the submission period ends, then at the start of October, the voting period begins. We allow the general public to determine winners by votes in shop and online! Winners will be announced on Halloween as part of our The Pack Rack's Graveyard Smash SPOOKTACULAR!

1st, 2nd and 3rd place in EACH age group will get prize bundles (all pokemon themed) reflective of their placement.

Also recieved some Ascended Heroes Tins!

Tins and ETBs are limited to 1 per customer per day. This means 1 of either, not each. So yes, you have to choose if you want the ETB or the tin.

fans, we've a handful of Stardew Valley Secret Lairs. Limit 1 per customer per day.

For our sports fans, though we have drastically pivoted away from sports, we will still bring some in occasionally. All sport Jersey Fushion packs are available.

Back to Pokémon news! As mentioned in our earlier post, we want to show our own way of support for E&A Collectables LLC . So tomorrow during their celebration we are going to give away 1 of the Destined Rivals ETBs that came in to one of their customers!

To claim your chance, simply bring proof of purchase from their shop, of any kind OR proof of purchase that you supported ANY of their artist friends attending their event and you earn 1 ticketed chance at winning a Destined Rivals ETB!!! Earn 1 chance for each that you show proof of: E&A or each of their guest artists. We know of Talisha N.Cowin and Craig Poddig of Poddig paintings being in attendance, could be more. If he has two artists and you purchase an item from each of them as well as their shop, you earn 3 chances. Simply come by our shop, conveniently located just feet away from them inside The Factory in Farmington, show your proof and get your chances! NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FROM OUR SHOP.

More updates later tonight, including how we plan to do something to help support our friendly neighborhood comic store E&A Collectables LLC on their HUGE milestone of 5 years. They're having a celebration tomorrow with artists in attendance such as Talisha N.Cowin & Craig Poddig of Poddig Paintings, big discounts and give-a-ways! Don't miss it!

As for us, a slight update to our hours of operation starting next week.

Mondays will change from 8am-8pm, to 12pm-8pm.

Tuesdays had been 4:30pm-6pm by appointment only. That will now change to 8am-1pm. Drew Calahan will be there most Tuesday mornings and those times would be reserved for appraisals and or for those wishing to sell. Fridays and Saturdays are generally far too busy to be able to give potential sellers due attention. Therefore those wishing to sell or have items assessed for value will have to come on Tuesdays from 8am-1pm. Drew will no longer be in the shop on Monday mornings.

Drew will still be there most of the times on Friday evenings and Saturdays, but his time is dedicated to paying customers and managing any events that are going on at that time. Sellers can drop off if they wish and be notified at a later time when comps have been completed and an offer is available.
