Monday, Oct 19th - Noir at the Bar with 13 local authors reading from their hauntingly amazing books (more to come on this)

Anyone who’s been to the shop knows I LOVE Laura Wood and anything she writes. Her romances are absolute PERFECTION and her newest in the Theo & Cynthie series is no different.

I was lucky enough to get an ARC of this book and devoured it in one sitting. I had very high expectations for this book and Laura delivered in kind. So, of course, I bought 15 copies from the UK publisher so I could share this book with my Maine friends. Pretty sure I’m the only bookshop to carry it in Maine.

Kiss Me Like You Mean It is full of:

Although you can read this as a standalone the previous 2 books are also delectable and can be purchased in the shop.

CLOSED WED, AUGUST 19TH

Don’t worry, nothing happened. The gals who are helping me with the shop while I’m on vacation/visiting in-laws/doing a book tour can’t work this Wednesday. So I’m closing the shop for the day. Back open on Thursday, the 20th!!!

If you’re desperate for a book that day, head to my friends The Booktenders York because they’re amazing and I adore them.

Yup, you heard correct. I’m in desperate need of a part-time bookseller who can reliably work weekends this summer (plus a 2-week stint in August so I can go on a book tour 😬)
