Happy autumn! My favorite season! Which should come as no surprise when you learn that I grew up on a pumpkin farm. Fall has the best smells, the best food, the best clothes, and in my opinion is the best time for stocking up on books for all the reading during the cold months. We've got a full slate of events coming up, but it's always a good time to visit and check out all the new things coming in.

Spooky October First Friday

Join us tomorrow (10/2) for October's Art Walk for a spooky evening with Anwen Stewart of Noctropolis (https://www.instagram.com/thren0dy/) and Madeline Kleeman of longlegs.creative (https://www.instagram.com/longlegs.creative/) .

Anwen is a multidisciplinary dark artist who works in both digital and traditional mediums. She does lino printmaking, traditional painting, and also digital drawing, photomanipulation, and animation.

Madeline worked as an educational taxidermist for the Chicago Academy of Sciences, but now works as an interpreter and naturalist at the Missoula Butterfly House and Insectarium. She is a creator of curiosities, and preserver of life in death.

All are welcome 5-8pm.

B is for Bonner Book Release

I am a firm believer that kids' books are not just for kids. This is one of those that would be great in ANYONE'S collection. Locals Breeann Adam and Molly Russell have co-authored the sweetest love-letter to Bonner with their new book, B is for Bonner.
