We withdrew the proposal, not the vision.

I’ve formally withdrawn the Signal House proposal for the Main & Bank property from RFP26-026.

After taking a closer look at the redevelopment scope and the groundwork still needed, I decided this wasn’t the right path forward under the current process.

That isn’t me stepping away from New Port Richey or from Signal House. The vision has always been bigger than one building: bringing people together through creativity, technology, and experiences worth showing up for.

Thank you to everyone who encouraged the idea and gave it their time. I’m still building, still exploring opportunities, and still excited about what comes next.

And next up: Winter Wonderland. I’m officially part of the team, and I’m creating a dedicated room filled with lights, music, and a whole lot of Signal House imagination. A light-show extravaganza with its own atmosphere and energy. Something special for our community to experience together.

Different setting. Same imagination.

Connecting the district has been part of the Signal House vision from the beginning.

These early concept studies - developed between June 24 and June 27, 2026 - show how the idea evolved:

June 24: Connect structured parking, Signal House and the theater corridor.

June 25: Turn the skyway into a recognizable third-level arrival.

June 27: Activate the entire pedestrian corridor with food, gathering spaces, lighting, solar infrastructure and downtown movement.

Signal House has never been envisioned as simply filling an empty building. The larger vision is to connect downtown destinations, strengthen pedestrian activity and create more reasons for people to move between Main Street, Railroad Square, the theater and surrounding businesses.
