Off today, but we’re supposed to get a couple of storms with bad winds and rain today, so no riding, damnit!
So I’m going to feed myself well.
Just finished up my fresh guacamole and roasted salsa, then homemade Tostadas de Tinga de Pollo in a couple of hours.
I hope a lot of you can get out and ride this weekend!
