👜 **STEPPING OUTSIDE MY COMFORT ZONE!**
You know how I'm always encouraging everyone to try something new, take chances, and not be afraid to make mistakes?
Well...apparently that advice applies to ME, too! 😂
This weekend, I stepped outside my comfort zone with a little bag making!
I'm much more comfortable with my quilting tools and techniques, but learning something different reminds me what it's like to be on the other side of the classroom.
Trying something unfamiliar. Figuring things out as I go. Making mistakes, learning from them, and celebrating the little victories along the way.
And you know what? **It's GOOD for me!**
Sometimes, as teachers, we need to remember what it feels like to be students.
So here's your reminder for the week:
❤️ **You don't have to be good at something to enjoy learning how to do it.**
Now, I'm going to show off what I made because I'm pretty darn proud of myself! 😂🧵
**What's something you've been wanting to try but haven't quite worked up the courage to tackle?**
