We are roasting some new beans from the beautiful Nicaragua ! The beans are beautiful, the bags are colorful and cheery, and they come in the very civilized quantity of 20 kg. It sure makes it easier when you can lift a bag by yourself.! thank you Nicaragua. Can’t wait to taste this stuff if you’re in the Irvington neighborhood you’ll probably be able to smell it as we roast it.
