Some of the best relationship moments are incredibly uns*xy. 😂

No candles. No date-night outfit. No grand romantic gesture.

Just the two of you getting way too competitive over a game, laughing at something stupid, making up rules as you go, or enjoying being in the same room together.

Those moments matter.

Because intimacy is also friendship. It’s liking each other. It’s having fun together when nobody is trying to make the moment “special.”

And sometimes, that kind of connection is exactly what makes the other kinds of intimacy feel easier too. 😉

So I want to know:

What do you and your partner do together just for fun?
Game nights? Cooking? Grocery runs? Bad TV? Tell me below. 👇

Your libido is not a performance review for your relationship.

You can love your partner, be attracted to them, and still have absolutely zero interest in s*x after a day of being needed by everyone, making 47 decisions, answering emails, figuring out dinner, and carrying the invisible list in your head.

That does not automatically mean you need to “fix your s*x drive.”

Sometimes your body is simply responding to the conditions it has been given.

And this is why I want women to stop treating desire like something they should be able to summon on command.

Instead of judging yourself for not being “in the mood,” get curious about what would actually make it easier for your body to get there.

Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s feeling connected.
Maybe it’s knowing affection can just be affection.
Maybe it’s dealing with something that’s been quietly bothering you for months.

There is a big difference between “I don’t have desire” and “desire doesn’t have much room to show up right now.”

That distinction matters.

What tends to shut your desire down fastest? I’m curious. 👇

Save this one for the next time you start wondering, “What is wrong with me?”

Twenty-year relationships don’t need to pretend they’re first dates.

But they do benefit from remembering how to play. 😉

A look across the kitchen.
An inside joke.
A random compliment.
A text in the middle of the day.

Those little moments of attention count more than we think.

What’s one tiny thing your partner does that still makes you smile?

You can be confident, independent, happily married, and still want to feel wanted.

Being loved and feeling desired aren’t always the exact same thing. Sometimes it’s the look, the touch, the effort, or the little reminder that says, “Yep. Still you.”

Which makes you feel most wanted: words, touch, effort, or attention?

Pick one in the comments. 👇

Maybe you’re not bad at desire. Maybe you’ve been expecting the wrong kind.

For many women, desire isn’t always spontaneous. Sometimes it shows up after connection, affection, relaxation, or simply having the space to exhale.

That doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It may just mean your desire needs the right conditions to come online.

What’s your biggest barrier to desire right now: stress, time, body confidence, resentment, or something else?

Save this for the next time you start wondering, “What’s wrong with me?”

Long-term love is realizing “Do we need this?” is basically your version of flirting now. 😂

Because romance looks a little different after 20 years… sometimes it’s flowers, sometimes it’s sending a photo of the $7 cheese and asking for approval.

And honestly? I’ll take the grocery store updates. ❤️

What’s your long-term relationship version of flirting?
