I’m a proud Indigenous Métis woman living in Nelson, British Columbia. I grew up disconnected from my Métis heritage like most indigenous, I felt and carried shame around my identity for many years. It took time and healing to begin reclaiming that part of myself. Today, I journey to reconnect with my culture, history, and community. Hoping to honor my ancestors and the strength they carried. amily traces back to the Red River Settlement, who later migrated to what is now Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan — a place once known as Bonneauville, named after my family.

OOF! What a rough few days, May Markets- Cancelled!

My husband was in a serious accident on Sunday afternoon. Not life-threatening, He will have a very long recovery ahead and I won't be able to attend any markets!
When I get some free time, I will throw some inventory up for sale to get some income flow as well as top ups at the places that carry my beadwork.
