Here's a great review on the Brick Lane 500 series comp from White Sea gives honest and informed reviews, so we're to his approval! We've been demoing a pair at the studio for a few weeks now and completely agree. Its one of (if the most) versatile compressor for 500 series available. It's also the perfect compressor to start your collection with given it's flexibility, it can adapt to record 'Opto' for clean vocals to 'Fet' more colour, and a saturation path via its 'Stress' control for harmonic colouration. It's also one of the most affordable! Yes that's right, $1599(NZD) and $2999(NZD) for a pair.
