HBDirect began in as a mail order company 1985, started by french horn player Beverly Haverstick and trombone player Paul Ballyk, entrepreneurs who set out to market classical music - the music that they were the most passionate about. Since then, HBDirect became the first exclusively classical music store on the web and now provides Jazz as well.
