Shout out our local VT & NY farms as well as our hardworking production team!

Over the course of the year we’ll press about 12 million pounds of apples into a little over 1 million gallons of fresh apple juice! After delivery, the apples are put through washing rollers, a grinder to crush them into apple mash, and then into our press to squeeze out the juice that we’ll use for our cider.
