Say hello to this new workspace, delivered to SaraDan Construction in Oxford, MI!

SaraDan's team moves fast and works closely together, so their space needed to keep pace: generous filing storage, large work tables for spreading out plans, and a collaborative desk layout that still gives everyone their own space.

We dedicated our energy to making the space do more for their team. A conference space that keeps their tightly knit team feeling front and center, while a thoughtful balance of storage, workstations, and collaborative space gives daily work an intuitive rhythm. The thoughtful addition of warm wood tones and clean, modern lines brighten the whole space for enjoyable days in the office.

We're extremely proud of the work done on this project. Thank you to the SaraDan team for trusting us with your vision. We're excited for what's next!

We work hard, we play harder 🏌️⛳ Especially when we're at the IIDA Michigan Chapter's Annual Golf Outing!

Rick Allor, Michael Konen, and Nick Puzzonia repped Office Express out on the fairway, and they couldn't have had a better time. A big thank you to Jaxon Buddelmeyer and Contract Source Group, our longtime partners, for inviting us out with you!

To everyone we caught up with throughout the day and everyone we met for the first time, thanks for making it such a great day. Let's not wait until next year to reconnect!

This monthly moodboard comes from a project we've loved being a part of: the Sterling Heights Athletic Hub.

The Hub's need for a welcoming palette that still felt functional and productive was a delicate balance, but these fresh blues, the textured wood, and soft cool stone with accents of bright oranges and greens truly exude energy and fun. ✨🌿

Gallo Companies needed a space that could serve as a charming first impression for potential residents while providing the high-powered abilities of a workspace for their staff.

This new location, Marketplace Cove, is located right in the heart of Sterling Heights and promises to be a home for many looking to thrive personally and invest in the community there.

Our team got to work before the walls were even up -- yes, you heard that right. When we say concept to completion, we mean it. Working with their team to plan the layout and feel of the space before any interiors were finished, we provided interior design services and assisted in the furniture selection to fine tune the space to the exact vision they desired. Add on turn-key installation and our finishing touch, with everything from the moss walls to the decor on the shelves, and this leasing center is ready to impress.

A huge thank you to our friends at Gallo Companies for trusting us with another project. We're proud of what we've built together, and we can't wait to share more in the future.
