These casings are the perfect example of constant improvement. The ones we made 2 years ago are great. But this batch of MFGR 2.0 valves are potentially the most accurate rotors ever made.

These rotors are made right here in Chicago, along with all of our other products.

After being hammered onto a steel stake, Adam runs the bell through the seam roller. This ensures that the seam is on the same plane as the sheet brass. Otherwise, the bell would have a ridge in it (like many 2 piece bells along the radial seam have).

Adam is prepping this bell for seam rolling by hammering it onto a steel stake, with the seam facing upwards. Making bells this way is a lot of skilled physical labor, but it sounds so much better than modern factory methods!
