Yesterday, (5/9/26) around 2:05PM this man came into the shop and executed a premeditated plan to steal an acoustic guitar. He wore his hat down low to conceal his face from the cameras and enacted his plan at the perfect moment. His getaway driver and accomplice waited for him around the side of our building with the engine running. By the time we got out the door, the vehicle was blocks away. The getaway car was an imported silver hatchback. Make and model unknown.
The stolen instrument in none other than a boutique, one of a kind, TAHG 000 Style Acoustic Guitar. This fantastic instrument was handmade by local luthier Tony Alfano. We have been very excited to share Tony's work with all of you and are completely dismayed and appauld by the brazen actions of this individual. We will share another post with details about the instrument should anyone have information as to it's whereabouts.
The man in this video has perpetrated grand larceny against not one, but two local businesses. We have developed a great community around Guitar Pickers and have our loyal patrons to thank for that.
